Aero Inventory, global aftermarket supplier of aircraft parts supporting airlines, MROs and supply chain specialists went in administration November 2009. Oxxygen was commissioned by KPMG in December 2010 to direct the marketing management of the business turnaround process and create a new global platform.
Oxxygen’s challenge, create a new corporate brand image, drive sales via an e-commerce web store develop a 30 month sales program enabling KPMG to sell the business in 2012.
Oxxygen agreed and implemented new sales and marketing plans with the leadership team launching a new brand and e-commerce platform in addition to an integrated PR and communications campaign.
After working with Oxxygen, AEROINV.COM obtain over 3000 new customers & over 1.1% sales of $450m within six months.
